Our GP Chrome Stripper is an alkaline salt that when dissolved in water will make 10 litres of solution. It is used with a reverse plating process to strip the thin chrome layer. Under the chrome will be a layer of bright nickel that looks similar to chrome but has a yellow tint to it. This nickel layer can be stripped by mechanical means or by using our nickel stripper.
